Guidelines

*PLEASE NOTE

  • Times may be subject to slight change, we will do our very best to keep to the given schedule.
  • Registration opens from 9.30am & all teams must be paid up in full before the competition commences.
  • Registration can be found inside the front door of TRFC clubhouse.
  • Please ensure your team is pitch side and ready to play at the allotted time. Good timekeeping is vital and the referee may choose to award a walkover where a team is not present and correct.
  • Players may not change sides or tog for a different team unless there is prior agreement between the two competing captains & referee.
  • No swapping of players will be allowed in the knockout stages.
  • There will be a number of catering outlets serving food from early Saturday morning throughout the day and night.
  • There will be a practicing Sports Therapist in the club throughout the day should he be required, he will look for a small donation where strapping etc.. is needed.
  • Please inform your players that only alcohol purchased on site may be consumed on Tullamore RFC grounds. The clubhouse bar and outdoor can bar are offering some very good deals.
  • Gate security will confiscate any alcohol they find coming into the premises not purchased on site. (This will be put into storage for the night and can be collected the following morning).
  • Strictly no vehicles are allowed into the campsite. Parking is located at the rear of the 3rds pitch (take the left immediately after the club if coming from the court hotel). It will be signposted.
  • Campers are asked to use bins provided.

The Clubhouse and campsite is strictly over 18s from 10pm. ID will be required.
